Job description

APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement:
Position Title: Data Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months

Summary:
We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst, responsible for the intake, processing, and analytics of outside eligibility data sources. This role may collaborate with various departments within the organization and will primarily partner with the Client Implementations team to support the large volume of seasonal new client implementations. The standard workflows include using an internally built ETL tool to configure files for ingestion, troubleshooting errors in a relational database, and setting up access to our managed file transfer tool, all in support of Teladoc Health's members, partners, and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong understanding of eligibility data feeds
  • Engage with partners, clients, and benefit management vendors to obtain pertinent data files
  • Configure accounts in a Managed File Transfer tool for clients to transact data with Teladoc
  • Complete tickets in Jira associated with file ingestion
  • Troubleshoot automated jobs in Databricks as needed
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain data concepts and enforce data requirements
  • Ensure quality and integrity of our data through both ad hoc and standardized queries
  • Write, QA, and execute SELECT, INSERT, and UPDATE commands against MySQL database
  • Test changes caused by processing a file in non-production environment, communicate impact to internal partners, and promote file to production after QA

Qualifications Required for Position:
  • 3 – 6 years of experience with data processing and analytics
  • Strong SQL skills (MSSQL, MySQL, PostreSQL, Redshift)
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with data warehousing and ETL concepts
  • Experience developing and maintaining operational processes
