UMortgage is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Marketing Strategy. This role is crucial in shaping our brand narrative, driving impactful campaigns, and leading a talented team toward achieving our ambitious business goals. Your expertise in direct-to-consumer mortgage marketing will be instrumental in informing our strategies and execution. What You’ll Do 

Strategic Marketing and Brand Management 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on brand visibility, lead generation, customer retention, and driving adoption across all campaigns. 

  • Craft and implement brand marketing strategies, setting clear direction and providing structure for team members to execute with consistency and impact. 

  • Leverage your experience in direct-to-consumer mortgage marketing to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and conversion. 

  • Lead the coordination of national campaigns that align with brand and business objectives, ensuring they support both UMortgage’s goals and Loan Originator. 

  • Lead and inspire creative teams, prioritizing and producing high-quality content that strengthens the UMortgage brand, supports Loan Originators, and meets the needs of all stakeholders. 

  • Actively research, monitor, and analyze the competitive landscape, refining brand and marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends. 

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies, staying ahead of industry developments and continuously improving marketing efforts. 

  • Support public relations initiatives, including media outreach, event planning, and brand partnerships, to enhance UMortgage’s visibility and reputation. 

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business needs and marketing goals. 

Campaign Development and Execution 

  • The ideation, creation, and execution of brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with UMortgage's mission and values. 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Creative and Product teams, to initiate and drive campaign kick-offs, ensuring projects are aligned with brand and business goals. 

  • Lead the coordination of national campaigns that align with brand and business objectives, ensuring they support both UMortgage’s goals and Loan Originator. 

  • Support public relations initiatives, including media outreach, event planning, and brand partnerships, to enhance UMortgage’s visibility and reputation. 

Customer and Market Analysis 

  • Identify and refine target personas, creating tailored customer journeys that align with their specific needs and interactions with the brand. 

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies, staying ahead of industry developments and continuously improving marketing efforts. 

  • Conduct thorough analysis of marketing data, translating insights into actionable strategies, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. 

Analytics and Optimization 

  • Utilize analytics and visualization tools to monitor and measure campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimization of marketing efforts. 

  • Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future marketing efforts, driving continuous improvement and maximizing ROI. 

  • Ensure familiarity with CRM systems to effectively manage customer data, track interactions, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. 

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Creative and Product teams, to initiate and drive campaign kick-offs, ensuring projects are aligned with brand and business goals. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative and Product teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated, cohesive, and aligned with the overall brand vision. 

  • Provide constructive and actionable feedback to elevate project quality, foster innovation, and support the professional growth of team members. 

Project Management and Leadership 

  • Maintain meticulous project management, including timelines, budgets, and key milestones, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
