Software Developer

The software developer role is an integral team member who will be contributing to the Operations and Maintenance of mission critical work in an agile environment. This role will participate in a range of activities including requirements collection and analysis, software design, implementation, debugging, as well as enhancing existing catalog of applications. Prior experience working in large, enterprise-level software development efforts is a key requisite for this position. Candidates in this position will support software development activities across various custom applications.

Primary Responsibilities/Experience Required:

• Proficiency in coding languages and technologies, e.g., .Net, C#, Java 8.x, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, NodeJS 12.x, Angular
• Experience programming with serverless computing technologies, e.g., AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, Cloud Formation, S3
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum fundamentals
• A strong desire to understand complex systems and how to troubleshoot and make them highly available
• Possess a collaborative spirit that enjoys working within a team environment, building solutions in an Agile fashion

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in a similar role of functions including software development on complex applications on large scale production environments
• Previous federal government project experience a plus
• Ability to interact with all levels of management internally, as well as with customers and stakeholders externally
• Communications skills both verbal and written

• The salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually
