Responsibilities

• Participation in the requirement gathering and functional design of the project.
• Apply functional knowledge in the development, maintenance and improvement of the platform.
• Apply processes and methodologies in the development of the projects.
• Support to the final customer on the use of the platform.
• Help with the design of integrations.
• Guide the customer with Salesforce Improvements.
• Support the Salesforce team with the requested requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, a quantitative or business-related field, or equivalent functional experience within a scaling organization - preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of experience ideally in the SaaS industry.
• Expert Excel skills.
• Experience with Lightning platform.
• Problem-solving: This role may be tasked with identifying challenges within the organization around our Product SKUs and quoting processes and then implementing certain procedures and processes to overcome them. Strongly developed problem-solving skills are crucial in this role.
• Communication: This role uses various forms of written and verbal communication to gather information about a business and create
  reports. This role will also be responsible for updating training around new processes with our quoting tool.
• Technical: Technical skills are also important in this role. Upgrading, troubleshooting and implementing new processes is one of the requirements of a systems administrator.
• English level: C1
• Nice to have: Experience with CPQ or other Quotation tools integrated with Salesforce.
