This Project Manager will be working closely with our IT and Client Services teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and effective manner. This position will be highly data-focused and will be working within several different reporting platforms to support other team members. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner that is able to navigate many different EHRs, reporting platforms, and other software. This position is fully remote.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Data Skills:
  • Assessing data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Using tools at hand to complete data requests in the most complete and efficient manner.
  • Working proactively to monitor reports and solve outstanding issues.
  • Maintain organization while working with reports for different clients.
• Client Relations
  • Able to communicate professionally and clearly to clients.
  • Understand client needs and determine how to best meet them using the tools and data available.
  • Ensure client requests are resolved in a timely manner and correspondence is replied to quickly.
  • Set realistic expectations and timelines for projects.
• Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and commonly used formulas/tools.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Able to clearly communicate with team members and explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Able to learn new skills and systems quickly and problem solve independently.
