Job description

Are you passionate about marketing and eager to grow your career in a dynamic and creative environment? An innovative personalized jewelry brand seeks a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage two co-founders' accounts. As the Social Media Specialist, you will coordinate with influencers monthly, growing the online presence, engaging audiences, and building meaningful collaborations with influencers. 

This position requires strong critical thinking skills and bringing fresh ideas to the table. A passion for fashion is a strong plus. 

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company. 

What You'll Do
  • Manage Co-Founder Accounts: Create and post content on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. 
  • Increase engagement and maintain a consistent personal brand tone. 
  • Oversee our Social Media: Develop and execute a strategy to grow brand awareness and sales. 
  • Plan and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Interact with followers and track social media performance.  
  • Work with Influencers: Coordinate partnerships with 3-5 influencers per month. 
  • Manage product gifting and campaign execution. 
  • Track performance and ensure successful collaborations.

  • What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a consumer goods or e-commerce environment. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. 
  • Team player with a proactive attitude. 
  • Passion for jewelry and fashion is a plus. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems. 
  • Exceptional English skills - Native or high level of fluency, both spoken and written.

  • This is a full-time, long-term position.  
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. 
  • Work from home. 
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - EST.
