Our aim is to make supply chains more resilient, transparent and sustainable. By doing this we help companies to ensure fair working conditions, eliminate child labour, reduce waste and promote sustainable practices across global supply chains.

Prewave proudly partners with industry leaders such as BMW, Kärcher, Hilti, PwC, and Porsche. Our supply chain superintelligence helps navigate complex supply chain challenges, ensuring operational integrity and enhancing market leadership.

We are looking for a Product Manager (CSRD) to lead the product vision from concept to execution, overseeing its entire lifecycle to maximise value.

Your mission

Your main tasks will be:

  1. Own the product vision, manage its lifecycle for maximum value, and explore opportunities to expand market share.

  2. Use a user-centric approach and continuous discovery to understand needs and prioritise opportunities with engineering and design.

  3. Ensure smooth, continuous delivery of product increments by removing obstacles, focusing on key tasks, and ensuring seamless functionality.

  4. Set objectives and track metrics to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

  5. Foster a collaborative environment and shared understanding across teams, functions and business units - valuing openness and idea-sharing, while guiding teams to ship differentiating features.

  6. Champion our product with stakeholders, position it as a top market solution, and execute our growth and GTM strategy.

Your profile

Must-haves:

  1. Experience in CSRD, UFLPA, or similar sustainability regulations.

  2. Experience product management / leadership / entrepreneurial track record.

  3. You’re impact-oriented, prioritising opportunities based on user research and data, and aligning them with business outcomes that drive company-wide support.

  4. You inspire others, uniting your cross-functional team around a common vision and guiding them to solve complex problems through incremental, iterative steps.

  5. With 8+ years in SaaS product management, you continually seek excellence, from customer interviews to market launches, and embrace new skills to support your team and achieve results.

Bonus points for:

  1. Experience in working with and negotiating with external vendors / partners.

  2. Background in supply chain management, risk management, maths or statistics.

  3. Experience with applied product analytics, e.g. using SQL, R or dedicated products.
