  • Campaign analysis: Provide detailed analysis of digital marketing campaigns (including Google Ads, PPC, social media) to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Dashboard creation and management: Build and maintain company-wide dashboards using tools such as Looker and BigQuery, providing easy-to-interpret insights for multiple stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing insights: Analyse and report on A/B testing results to optimise campaign performance and improve marketing strategies.
  • Ad hoc reporting: Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide tailored insights to different departments across the business.
  • Utilising advanced tools: Leverage Northbeam and other advanced tools to provide deeper attribution insights and refine marketing attribution models.
  • Collaboration with teams: Work closely with the Head of Digital Performance, marketing, and ecommerce teams to translate data insights into marketing strategy.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, Looker, and BigQuery to create dashboards and deliver insights.
  • Proficient in running A/B tests and experiments, with the ability to translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings to stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage tasks without the need for teaching or guidance.
  • Experience with Northbeam or other multi-touch attribution platforms.
  • Experience working in ecommerce or digital-first companies.
  • Familiarity with SQL for querying large datasets in BigQuery.
Company Benefits
  • Remote working with potential for flexible hours.
