We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Enterprise Sales to join our vibrant sales team. As an Enterprise Sales, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and laying the groundwork for successful sales engagements.


Years of Experience : 1-3 years 

Work Location: Remote [Mumbai, BLR, Chennai, Pune] 


Responsibilities :

  • Lead Hunting:Take charge of outbound lead generation efforts by leveraging various channels including cold outreach, email campaigns, and targeted prospecting to identify and engage potential clients.

  • Solution Selling: Understand the unique challenges and needs of clients and effectively position our technology solutions to address their pain points and achieve their business objectives.

  • End-to-End Sales Process: Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Conduct engaging product demos tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.

  • Customer Onboarding: Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information either via email or on call and if needed, explain and demonstrate the product and its features.

  • Negotiation and Closure: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal presentations to secure profitable deals and achieve revenue targets.

  • Relationship Management: Creating and maintaining a rapport with existing and potential customers.

  • Product Demonstration: Master the Videosdk platform and effectively showcase its value proposition to potential customers.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent progress tracking. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and opportunities.

  • Market Intelligence: Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our reach, generate leads, and promote brand awareness.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.(BBA/MBA, B.Tech preferred.)

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development roles.

  • Strong proven experience in SaaS Sales / Technical Sales / B2B SaaS Technical Sales.

  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
