As a Partnerships Officer-South India, this is what you’ll be doing: 


The Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and proven self-starter to fill the role of Partnerships Officer for AP/TL region. The successful candidate will work closely with agents to support student enrolments at QS partner institutions. This role is crucial for building and executing B2B strategies aimed at increasing international student enrolments in South India.

The ideal candidate will be working with B2B partners. Most importantly, they should be passionate about our mission to enable motivated students to access the best education options around the world.

This role will report to the Partnerships Manager, South India.


Role responsibilities: 


  • Agent and Partner Management:
    • Collaborate with qualified recruitment partners to provide expert guidance and counseling support.
    • Source, onboard, and train B2B partners while fostering relationships to establish QS Apply as their preferred provider.
  • Event Support:
    • Support and participate in QS online and offline events in the region.
  • Strategic Development:
    • Develop and implement B2B strategies to enhance international student enrolments.
    • Proactively seek high-quality education agency partners across AP & TL to expand QS’s network.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Work with our global team to share best practices, provide training, and offer destination-specific knowledge.
  • Presentations and Communication:
    • Deliver compelling in-person and online presentations to recruitment partners and counsellors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to program and school inquiries, as well as requests from B2B and school partners.


Key skills and experience: 


  • Experience working with a USA institution as a representative or with an educational agency (B2B channel) promoting USA institutions.
  • Expertise in USA institutions, including admissions requirements and visa processes.
  • Experience in prospecting and qualifying student inquiries using local knowledge.
  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service to B2B partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the international education industry, including local high school networks, universities, and agents
