Job Description

3-5 years of experience in data-based & operations role

  • Strong moderation of English communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with numerical and data problem solving skills
  • Understanding of data, data structures and their value regarding use for analysis, marketing, and CRM
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management to complete multiple tasks to set deadlines
  • Decent understanding and hands-on of statistical modelling/data analysis tools especially Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL essentials and market trends (Python would be an added advantage)
  • Reasonable presentation building skills
  • Understanding of decisioning and portfolio management in banking and financial services / Fintech would be preferred
  • Understanding of credit bureau would be an added advantage
  • As a credentialing specialist, you must be able to carefully review documents and spot any errors or discrepancies. This attention to detail is critical in ensuring that only qualified and competent members are credentialed. 

  • The role also involves maintaining a database of Credentials and renewal dates, confirming that the authenticity and validity is maintained. Should also be able to comprehend the compliance guidelines and support recredentialing. 

  • Should be skilled enough to respond to queries, stay up-to-date on credentialing requirements, and facilitate communication to resolve compliance issues 

 

Qualifications

Essential: Advanced Excel & Power BI

  • Proficiency in making dashboards in Excel
  • Python is added advantage
  • Decent Power Point presentation Skills
  • Need to be a consultative business professional
  • Needs to be confident, clear, certain and consistent
  • Is able to work alongside a sales team managing multiple opportunities concurrently
  • Passionate, resourceful, gracious and adaptable
  • High moral standards, honesty and an ethical approach to doing business
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to see the big-picture & develop conceptual solutions
  • Business acumen combined with a comfort with technology is a must
  • Knowledgeable in policies, laws and procedures. 

  • Strong computer skills. 

  • Proficiency in database management 

  • Willingness to work as a team player. 

  • Good organizational skills. 

 

 What you’ll be doing (Job responsibilities for this role)

  • The role requires the person to ensure data accuracy & ensure the quality of the data extracted that needs to be analyzed
  • Managing increasing escalations from clients on data gaps and time to time determine the extent of gaps
  • Work closely with the technology team, Analytics team & the Client
  • Driving automation projects to automate existing data delivery process
  • You perform tasks to analyze the data, safeguard our data quality and interpret the data in the right way
  • You’ll play an integral role to Engage with Business/Technical Consultants and delivery teams appropriately so that there is a shared understanding
  • You will have the opportunity to Use analysis and customer insights to develop value propositions for customers
  • Delivering high quality analytical and value-added services for the clients while adhering to timelines as promised to the client.
