πŸ‘€About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to lead the planning, strategy, and execution of multi-channel campaigns. You will combine creative thinking with analytical skills to optimize performance and drive results across different platforms and always to deliver amazing results and experiences to the agency partners.

πŸ’œ Responsibilities


● Build and manage campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest from planning, strategy to execution
● Setup new paid media accounts and daily management of paid media accounts such as budget management, ad copy and creative testing, landing page optimization, audience
targeting etc.
● Conversion tracking and troubleshooting, including Pixel implementation and
event creation on all platforms
● Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports to communicate performance trends and
developments.

πŸ€— Requirements

● 2-4 years of experience as Paid Media Specialist managing campaigns trough different platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest

● Near-native/ Advanced English level is a must as all accounts are US-based πŸ—½

● Experience managing multiple and different campaigns delivering good results

● Analytical mindset and great communication skills

● Excellent communication and project management skills

The overall process is 2-2.5 hours across 3 separate days of meetings:

  1. Intro call with the kala teamπŸ’œ

  3. Quick Home Assessment: No worries it wont be long, just a quick exercise to see you in action 🎬
  4. Final Stage: This step has 2 parts. Cultural Interview: know more people from the team and share more about you (this is not technical at all 😎). And the last regroup to talk about the Assessment.
