TELEHEALTH | Nurse Practitioner - Easykind Alternative Health Clinic

Job Type: Contract/Temporary Position 

Location: Remote (Australia), Telehealth

Salary: $120 - $180 per hour

Expected Hours: 10-40 per week

Day Range: Monday to Friday, Weekend Availability, Shift Work

About us:

Easykind, a rapidly growing and leading medical cannabis clinic, is seeking skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners based in Australia to join our telehealth team.

The role will require you to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans, based on patient needs, and incorporating medical cannabis therapies.

Previous experience in prescribing medical cannabis will be highly regarded but is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training and support to help you onboard and obtain the necessary certification to confidently prescribe medical cannabis to patients.

1. Flexibility. We are currently seeking prescribers with availability on weekdays 8am-10pm (and weekend hours to become available soon!). Choose your own hours!

Requirements:

1. You must have valid and unrestricted registration as Nurse Practitioner in Australia 

2. AHPRA registration and ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medication.

3. Knowledge of medical cannabis and its therapeutic applications is desirable, although training and education will be provided for suitable candidates.

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, provide empathetic care, and explain complex medical concepts to patients
