Your missions

Admissions Specialist based in Vietnam

We are a thriving international education firm headquartered in Boston, USA with expertise in helping international students from 30+ countries make successful transitions to US schools. Our seasoned team, comprised of professionals from over 10 countries, specializes in international education. The successful Admission Specialist will work closely with our Sales Team to build relationships with students/parents, resulting in subsequent purchases and new referrals.

This is a full-time position that is fully remote and requires no travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting and application services to agent clients.
  • Follow up on the pre-application and formal application process.
  • Communicate timely with schools to facilitate the admission progress.
  • Actively participate in ABC's project promotion and marketing activities.
  • Support the team in reaching the company's yearly recruiting target.

Qualifications:

Language and Communication:

  • Must be bilingual (Proficient in your native language as well as in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills; attention to detail and ability to refine messages.
  • Good communication skills, independent thinking, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building relationships across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Convey information and ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Listen to and understand information and ideas presented verbally; read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.

Education and Experience:

  • Education preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Study experience in the United States or work experience in the study abroad industry is preferred.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong learning ability, willingness to challenge new things, and the ability to quickly grasp field knowledge.
  • Preferred high proficiency in Google Suite, Outlook, Zoom, and Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving, priority-setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with general direction and guidance.
  • Able to identify relationships between programs and determine the impact on other programs.
  • Utilize research methods and techniques to collect pertinent information from various sources.
