Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Management: Oversee the daily operations of each business branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented individuals to join our team, ensuring that each branch is staffed with qualified personnel.
  • Grant Writing: Research and identify potential funding opportunities. Write and submit grant proposals to secure funding for the organization.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency across all branches.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with branch managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the performance and status of each branch to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
  • Strong grant writing skills with a track record of securing funding.
  • Excellent recruitment and talent management abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of business operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Should possess strong marketing skills and have a solid understanding of branding and related strategies
