Some of the things we’d like you to do:

• Oversee the execution of performance marketing and display campaigns to

ensure the highest standards across our portfolio, in line with client objectives and budgets.

• Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Media best practice, Optimisation

Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, Targeting types, and their application to

campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery.

• Build campaigns & strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on client

business objectives & are built upon solid insight.

• Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook ads, Tiktok and tracking systems like GA and Firebase.

• Manage a range of resource to deliver effective marketing campaigns and programmes.

• Own strategic client relationships.

• Help drive our vision of paid media to the next level.

• Perform as a seasoned performance marketer who constantly strives to learn new skills and be

a part of a dynamic agency environment.

• Build strategic optimisation and testing frameworks to deliver outstanding results for clients.

• Test new technologies, data and betas to deliver innovation.

• Support internal product development and implementation across paid media, display and

programmatic campaign management.

• Relationship building with publishers and ad technology providers.

• Support and mentor junior team members with their training and development.

Requirements

• Experience in branding and performance campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital channel dynamics (local and global).

• Ability to be articulate and concise in communication (verbally and written).

• Strong presentation skills.

• Exceptional organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
