Job Description

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing social media presence across platforms, with a focus on developing lifestyle content that resonates with audience. They will also engage with customers and drive traffic to e-commerce platform and physical stores. The Social Media Manager will handle copywriting for posts directly, plan, execute, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns, and collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Art Director to create compelling lifestyle content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

          1. Social Media Strategy:

  •  Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on lifestyle content aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  •  Create and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat). 
  •  Analyze audience demographics and platform performance to refine strategies and grow online presence.

    2. Content Creation & Copywriting:​​​​​​​
     
  •  Lead content creation efforts, working with the Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Art Director to produce engaging lifestyle photos, videos, stories, and reels.
  •  Handle all copywriting for social media posts, ensuring captions and content are aligned with the lifestyle brand tone and speak to customer aspirations
  •  Manage content across social media channels and ensure consistent posting frequency and quality.

    3. Community Engagement:
     
  •  Engage with the company community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  •  Monitor social media conversations and feedback, ensuring a positive brand reputation.
  •  Foster strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, complaints, and reviews in a timely, friendly manner.

    4. Influencer & Partnership Management:
     
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors who align with company's lifestyle values.
  •  Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring proper execution and measurable results. 
  • Track influencer performance and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

    5. Analytics & Reporting:
     
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions using tools like Instagram Insights, Snapchat Analytics, and others.
  •  Use insights from data to optimize content strategies, increase engagement, and achieve brand goals.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the Marketing Manager and senior leadership.

    6. Paid Social Campaigns:
     
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  •  Create targeted ads to promote new collections, lifestyle ideas, and seasonal sales.
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, creative, and budget as needed to maximize ROI.

    7. Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:
     
  •  Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content formats, especially on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  •  Innovate with new lifestyle content ideas to keep company's social media presence fresh and engaging.
  •  Monitor competitors' social media strategies and adapt strategy as needed.

    8. Cross-Department Collaboration:
     
  •  Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Art Director to align creative lifestyle content with business objectives.
  •  Assist in developing and promoting marketing campaigns, product launches, and special offers.

    9. Brand Advocacy & Reputation Management:
     
  •  Encourage user-generated lifestyle content and engage with brand advocates by reposting customer content and reviews.
  •  Manage social media crises and maintain a positive brand reputation.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a lifestyle or retail brand.
  •  Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and their respective audiences.
  •  Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on lifestyle copywriting for social media.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Snapchat Analytics).
  • Creativity with a keen eye for lifestyle design and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
