Job Description

We are seeking a talented associate contracts manager to support ServiceNow's Product, Data Privacy and AI Legal team.  This position will play a key role supporting the teams with variety of legal administrative tasks and contract management responsibilities.  This includes designing and implementing contract execution and contract management process improvements and working cross functionally within ServiceNow Legal on legal and administrative matters. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work on variety of tasks and projects with little guidance, have great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant administrative experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines and delivering projects and tasks on time
  • A self-starter skilled at prioritizing competing matters in a fluctuating and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent collaboration skills
