JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is responsible for owning the tactical execution of strategies for audience activation, cross-brand penetration, and owned channel campaigns. You will leverage our robust customer data to drive revenue across all of the Driven Brands business units. This role will partner cross-functionally with brand teams, MarTech, IT, and finance teams to focus on audience development, segmentation, onboarding, and activation.  

The position reports to the Director of CRM and is a fully remote role. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Audience Activation & Insights: 

  • Uses audience insights to deliver cross-channel and cross-brand audience activations which drive revenue for our brands. Ensures the capturing and cataloging of real-time events and attributes into the CDP which powers segmentation and targeting (including owned, earned, and paid). 

Cross-Brand Programs 

  • Assist with strategy development and executes cross-brand marketing programs which drive acquisition revenue across our family of brands, including the deployment of a referral program. 

Owned Channels Activation 

  • Responsible for partnering with CRM managers to execute new email and mobile customer experiences that align with overall business goals, orchestrating the right messages at the right time to the right audience, and driving engagement and EBITDA. 

  • Support channel test and learn strategies to advance email and SMS, contributing ideas and owning end-to-end execution. 

 

Reporting & Analysis: 

  • Responsible for using various reporting tools to analyze KPIs at the weekly and monthly level, leverage insights to make strategic recommendations, and socialize insights to the brand team and other key stakeholders on a consistent basis. 

  • Iterate on and automate existing reporting in partnership with analytics team to create more efficiency and visibility into KPIs.  

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields 

  • Minimum Experience: 2-4 years Digital Marketing & CRM experience, preferably working across or with knowledge of multiple activation channels  

  • Previous experience using a CDP to activate audiences and run marketing programs  

  • Superior project management and organizational skills 

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional team efforts

Compensation Range:

$7.25 - $120,000.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
