Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in management, Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting, Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Oversee Wholesale general ledger and account reconciliations
- Manage Wholesale and Retail inventory including reconciliations and analysis
- Ensure timely sales tax filings with accurate processing
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements for GAAP compliance
- Supervise and mentor staff while collaborating with other departments
