The Gist…

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Tracking and   Reporting Specialist to support the TRA (Trade-Related Activities) team in   developing, maintaining, and enhancing a comprehensive Kanban project board. You   will be responsible for creating an efficient project tracking system,   aligning reporting requirements with existing workflows, and ensuring that   the system supports TRA’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have   experience in project management, workflow automation, and process   documentation, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with   stakeholders.


What Your Day Might Include…

  • Develop and implement a Kanban project board   within 30 days of the kickoff meeting.
  • Maintain and update the Kanban board,   including defining and automating the structure, columns, workflow stages,   and task tracker.
  • Regularly collaborate with stakeholders to   understand project requirements, reportable milestones, and ensure alignment   with TRA strategic goals.
  • Ensure that the Kanban board supports the   communication of project implementation requirements to all stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing reporting workflows to   minimize the creation of new reporting requirements.
  • Align reporting dates with pre-existing   workflows and implement automated data sharing between project reporting   processes.
  • Maintain, update, and refine the Kanban board   with new records, and remove completed records as necessary.
  • Generate reports to enable the government to   monitor taskings and deliverables, ensuring that performance is tracked   accurately.
  • Make adjustments to Kanban data elements as   needed, with a maximum of ten enhancements expected during the performance   period.
  • Create a draft SOP within 45 calendar days of   the kickoff meeting and continue to update it as necessary.
  • Finalize the SOP 60 days prior to the end of   the task order period, ensuring that it includes detailed documentation of   project development and maintenance processes.
  • Train designated federal employees on   maintaining and updating the Kanban board in the contractor’s absence.

Deliverables

  • Fully functional Kanban Board.
  • Comprehensive Kanban SOP.



Requirements

 

You’ll Bring These   Qualifications…

  • US Citizenship required to obtain Public Trust
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in project management, particularly with Kanban or other Agile methodologies.
  • Strong skills in workflow automation and project tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting alignment.
  • Ability to create detailed process documentation and SOPs.
  • Experience in training personnel on system maintenance and updates.
