WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! As the Project Manager you are part of the Program Management Office that plans, manages, and delivers technology and process solutions to meet internal and client needs. This role will provide oversite to operational projects including planning, project control, implementation, and organizing staff and stake holders. This role will also support projects taking place with the development teams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Define and gain approval for business requirements and project plans to support operational programs across teams.
- Manage projects, from beginning to end, with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to project schedule and providing regular updates on project status to business stakeholders & executives.
- Lead weekly status meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are complete and the product launches by deadline.
- Collaborate with product owners to capture and document functional requirements.
- Create and maintain operational project release roadmap that is in support of the overall product road map.
- Work with Sr. Director of Product Development on how operational projects overlap or support the overall product roadmap items to ensure the operational projects are in alignment with the long-term strategic product roadmap.
- Facilitate stakeholder staff meetings, take minutes, and summarize deliverables to ensure stakeholders are organized and remain on task for the duration of the project.
- Manage projects through to completion through cross-functional teams, managing to project schedule and updating project status to business stakeholders & executives.
- Work with business owners to capture and document functional requirements.
- Capture and document workflows for existing processes and required processes to support new functionality.
- Assist in quarterly product roadmap planning.
- Maintain a consistent level of operational communication and transparency to the Operations Team leadership and the Outsell executive team.
- Perform other duties as required.
WHO WE WANT
If you have the following education, experience and competencies, this might be the role for you!
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree; and
- Three (3) years of experience leading multiple technical projects of varying scale and complexity, in an agile development framework; working collaboratively with cross-functional project teams; or
- A combination of education and work experience is necessary to perform key responsibilities.
- Preferred: PMP certification and experience in Marketing, Database or Web Development and Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
Demonstrated Successes (knowledge, skills, abilities, behaviors):
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Facilitation and Coordination skills
- Prioritization and Organization skills
- Advanced proficiency in oral and written communication with extensive experience leading cross-functional project teams and working collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to work effectively within and across all levels of an organization, internally and externally.
- Ability to work with limited supervision with the ability to operate, drive results, and set priorities independently to achieve high level goals.
- Solution-minded proactive and results-oriented professional with demonstrated track record driving top results through leadership and facilitating teamwork.
- Continued skill development within the project management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Duties are performed in a regular office environment. Physical requirements include:
- Sitting or standing at a desk for extended periods of time and performing long hours of work in office.
- Perform in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and collaborative work culture.
- Hear and speak effectively to communicate in person and over the phone with customers, employees, and others, including at senior level professional levels outside the organization.
- Make live presentations in public at industry events in front of large audiences.
- Visual acuity to read computer screens and printed documents.
- Manual dexterity to type on a keyboard and use a computer mouse. Perform manual tasks such as handwriting, using hands to search through files, reaching for supplies, and repetitive motions such as typing and sorting.
- Occasionally may lift objects, boxes of files and office equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Up to 5% travel by car and/or plane.
