  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert in interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.) and integration processes, guiding both internal teams and clients through technical challenges.
  • Integration Development: Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy APIs, data exchanges, and integration workflows between various systems, including EMRs, HIS, and third-party vendors.

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all interoperability solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant data privacy laws.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Act as a point of escalation for any technical issues during implementation, working closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process, improve client satisfaction, and enhance the efficiency of technical solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
