Our client is a company with global operations seeking a leader to its financial area to continue its growth strategy in the market.

We are looking for a Controller with solid experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a multinational environment, to oversee all aspects of the organization's accounting, financial reporting and external audits.

Main responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including external audits and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with tax legislation and accounting standards (CPC/IFRS);
Coordinate and review the quarterly reporting process to the headquarters, including consolidation of financial statements and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts;
Managing annual budgets and financial forecasts, as well as providing financial analysis for strategic decisions such as investments, pricing and contract negotiations;
Overseeing treasury, including cash flow control, credit granting and loan management;
Coordinate external audits and implement recommendations to ensure the integrity of financial records;
Monitor tax compliance, ensuring the correct assessment of taxes and submission of tax reports;
Oversee general accounting, including reconciliations and intercompany financial reporting;
Ensure the correct use and integration of the SAP system and guarantee accounting standardization between group entities.

Requisitos

Higher education in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related areas;
Solid experience in accounting and finance, preferably in multinational environments;
Proven experience in controllership;
In-depth knowledge of CPC, IFRS and tax legislation;
Advanced level or fluent in English and experience reporting overseas;
Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills;
Experience with ERP (preferably SAP), BI and Excel;
CPA certification.
