Job Title: Industrial Hygiene Project Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt, Salary
Reports To: Senior Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Regular
This position is open to remote work from anywhere within the United States. Ideal candidates will be located near Philadelphia, Washington DC, New York City, Charlotte, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Denver, or near any of the offices located in Iowa.
JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager will be working closely with team members to accurately scope and price projects and develop professional service agreements (PSAs). Additionally, the Project Manager will ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Maintain familiarity with how various client needs are prioritized and capitalized.
Assist in scoping out tasks needed to complete the project and meet the client’s needs.
Assist team members in understanding time budgeted to complete each phase of a project.
Effectively market our services to both current and potential clients.
Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards governing occupational health and safety.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards in industrial environments, including exposure to chemical, biological, and physical agents.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and minimize occupational health hazards.
Recommend engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard workers' health.
Design and oversee environmental monitoring programs to assess air quality, water quality, and noise levels in industrial facilities.
Perform sampling and analysis of hazardous substances, including airborne contaminants and indoor pollutants and interpret monitoring data and provide recommendations for corrective actions as necessary.
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling field surveys, conducting investigations, and managing subcontractors.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, including industrial hygienists, technicians, and other stakeholders.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, data, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group's culture of safety and employee ownership.
Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or related field.
Proven experience in industrial hygiene consulting or related field, with a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, environmental monitoring, and exposure assessments.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, and ACGIH.
A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in consulting
Mentorship with project management tasks including scoping and budgeting projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent planning and time management skills
Experience with project management software package
Ability to travel to project sites as needed and work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
Demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning and patience. Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
