Your missions

Project Management Specialist, Junior

The Opportunity:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your project management and analysis skills to develop a project from concept to completion? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources. With that level of complexity, you need to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need a project management specialist like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll help implement and maintain organizational programs in support of mission execution. You’ll work with program leadership to review, process, and track purchases for program teams, manage and implement travel across the contract, assist in onboarding teams to project, review, and edit contract and technical project deliverables and documentation, review project cost accounting, use tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and have regular interactions with project leads, customers, and other project analysts. In this position, you will use a multi-faceted approach to project management and apply knowledge of all areas of a Program Management Office, including procurement, travel, onboarding, risk management, and deliverables. The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed. This is a chance to directly impact a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy.

Work with us and help make sure our key customers have the project and program support they need to accomplish their goals in support of the warfighters.

You Have:

  • Experience working in a business or project management environment
  • Experience reviewing and editing various styles of technical or programmatic documentation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice If You Have:
