Job Title: ServiceNow Automated Test Framework Consultant - ATF

Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)

Duration: Full Time

Direct Client Need

Position Overview:

• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework lead who will be leading a team of 2.
• The resource needs to work closely with client and help them set up ATF.
• This job will involve training the client's resource with ATF.

Key Responsibilities:                 

• Implementation of Automated Test Framework (ATF): Develop, configure, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications and modules.              
• Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases and document results thoroughly.                   
• Proficient in testing various ITSM Modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)            
• End-to-end testing in accordance with an established software testing life cycle and software testing methodology.                
• Testing through ServiceNow upgrades.

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and Automation (particularly ATF)
• Should have experience in testing through ServiceNow upgrades
• Demonstrate experience in performing end-to-end testing in accordance with an established software testing life cycle and software testing methodology.
• Proficient in Test & Defect Management
• Good Understanding of REST / SOAP API's and API automation
• Preferred candidates with Experience working in an Agile environment               
• Good to have knowledge on one or more automation tools like UFT, Selenium, TOSCA and Cypress Scripting Languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, Python)   
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory qualifications

Certifications:

1. CSA - Certified System Administrator – Active required
2. Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification  – Active required

Education:

• Any bachelor’s degree preferred / relevant experience required.

Optional qualifications (not mandatory):

• QA related certification - UFT, Selenium, TOSCA and Cypress
