We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitting requests, updating third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and ensuring the smooth handling of shipments. Lead EDI projects, including defining project scopes, deliverables, and schedules.
Requirements
- Oversee the management and optimization of EDI systems for direct to consumer & Wholesale orders
- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between internal systems and external partners.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to resolve any issues promptly.
- Kitting Requests: Coordinate and manage kitting requests to ensure timely and accurate assembly of product kits.
- Update 3PLs: Maintain regular communication with third-party logistics providers to update them on shipment statuses, inventory levels, and any changes in logistics plans.
- Shipment Management: Oversee the entire shipment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring all shipments are handled efficiently and meet customer requirements.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for kitting and shipments.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and inventory records, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) management.
- Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

The salary range for this position is $80-$90,000 annually. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
