Chief Product Officer in Cash Management is responsible for defining product vision and strategy as per the market trends, growth opportunities and business cases.
Owns P&L and commercial success of the Product and develops business and ecosystem around the Product.
Outlines strategic roadmap for delivering capabilities and functionalities that enable differentiation against competition.
Creating alignment between product roadmap and required delivery and support capabilities (the inside-out perspective). Also responsible for the attractiveness and competitiveness in the market as seen from the customer’s point of view (the outside-in perspective).
Participates in the selection of technology, processes and tools required for the Product.
Specific Responsibilities:
Proposing strategies and plans for future development of the product.
Maintain a strategic dialogue with our Bank customers, to understand use cases and trends.
Support sales cases and provide costs, performance indicators and reporting.
Defining and maintaining the Product Roadmaps and presenting them to the customers
Addressing the Key Change Requests from customers and prioritising them in the Product Roadmap
Managing the P&L, investment budget and cost related to the Product.
Driving partner ecosystem development together with sales
Team management and leading, coaching and mentoring to build a strong team.
Capabilities & Skill:
Good knowledge on Cash Management domain and use of Virtual Accounts.
Ability to translate market needs and business opportunities to a strategic roadmap and balance long/short-term needs.
Demonstrated commercial success to grow product business in global markets and global customers.
Good understanding of Global Bank’s customer business domain.
Good knowledge on competition and market situation.
Fluent interaction with different customer stakeholders in sales and delivery related matters.
Actively driving product and Business awareness towards customers, market, partners, and identifies potential sales cases.
Good and effective communication in English, both written and verbal
