Description

Texas Order Liaison  

Pay Range: $18 per hour

The Order Liaison is responsible for processing orders per assigned locations and maintain weekly reports to ensure signatures are returned within a timely manner. This position will work to build internal relationships with our physician offices, as well as communicating effectively with members of the Business Development team to address any pending orders. Daily reports will be pulled to ensure all proper processes are being followed. In addition, OA is responsible to participate in weekly regional meetings. 

This position is eligible for our work from home program and must be willing to come in to the office when needed. Employee’s current work standing will determine eligibility.  

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Weekly report presentation- Occurs every Monday for Regional attendees 
  • Monthly department meeting- Occurs every 2nd Wednesday of the month 
  • Daily reports: Processing pending orders for physician signatures 
  • Follow up method- Prioritizing and effectively communicate with Business Development Associate and/or Physician’s office 
  • Quality assurance check- Physician communication and fax delivery method 
  • Delegating physician’s updates to support team and effectively communicating any changes to the team 

Requirements and Preferred Skills 

  • Excellent Customer Service 
  • Must be organized and an excellent multi tasker (prioritize efficiently)  
  • Experience in healthcare, client relations, customer service and or related experience 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Strong oral and written communication 
  • Experience with Microsoft, EMRs and Excel
