Job description

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Configure retirement services products and features within the technology platform to meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product specifications and customization needs.
  • Ensure accurate mapping of product requirements to technology capabilities.
  • Develop, document, and implement business rules for retirement services products.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and incorporate business rules into the technology platform.
  • Regularly review and update business rules to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and business needs.
  • Analyse and translate business needs into technical requirements for the technology platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of business rules and product configurations.
  • Participate in system testing and validation to confirm that configurations and rules perform as intended.
  • Engage with business units, product managers, and IT teams to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss product configurations and rule implementation.
  • Provide training and support to users on new features and functionalities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business rules, product configurations, and system changes.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of configurations and rule applications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of product configurations and business rules.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that all configurations and business rules adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain the quality and accuracy of system configurations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Retirements Services and Annuities products in US market , business analysis, particularly in retirement services or financial products.
  • Strong understanding of business rules management and product configuration within technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
