Digital Transformation Architect, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a Technology Leader in a Health account that consists of teams supporting programs, policies, clinical reviews, quality measures, and systems integration to build cutting-edge digital services. Support large, complex, and technical bids and delivery programs, including identifying and comprehending clients’ requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and delivering client impact. Hold strong relationships and have a unique understanding of federal health organizations and systems across multiple centers, and liaise closely with teams on the ground to develop technical strategies and roadmaps to address current and potential future challenges. Collaborate as an integrated team member across account leadership teams in a highly matrixed culture, apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts throughout the business development and program life cycle. Assume responsibility for ensuring the solution design and architecture can be delivered and will resonate with clients while working on unusually complex problems and providing highly innovative solutions for high-priority technically complex captures, proposals, and programs. Leverage business development and functional expertise to build addressable market and increased IT development work in emerging markets and communicate effectively with project and capture teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. Introduce the big picture in a technical solution and articulate true technical potential from a higher level to stakeholders which can bring cost efficiencies, industry standard, long-term sustainability, and optimization for growth and flexibility. Stay abreast of the modern disrupting technology trends in the industry. Follow changes in federal technical and security standards and requirements. Help transform the way our client uses technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutioning for government clients in analytics, big data, cybersecurity, engineering, predictive analytics, or AI/ML
  • 3+ years of experience with the direct management of complex solutions and development proposal efforts for government clients in excess of $150M
  • Experience with DevOps or DevSecOps, and DataOps practices
  • Experience in solution architecture with an emphasis on data and analytics for enterprise infrastructure
  • Experience developing complex technical solutions for large federal health captures
  • Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservices and event driven architecture
  • Knowledge of CMS systems
  • Ability to lead teams and stakeholders of all levels throughout the solutioning process
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Experience with the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
