Job Title: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Healthcare & FSM)

Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)

Duration: Full Time / Permanent 

Direct Client Need

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse Current Processes: Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and Implement FSM Solutions: Develop and implement FSM solutions tailored to the health care environment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Project Management: Lead and manage FSM implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including training and support for staff affected by new processes.
• Documentation: Document all aspects of business processes and maintain detailed records of project outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and standards, including health care-specific requirements.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process consulting, with a focus on FSM implementation in health care.
• Experience with FSM software and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of health care regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Certifications / Education:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Health Care Management, or a related field. - Preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Preferred
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Preferred
• Lean Six Sigma - Preferred
