Your missions

What we are looking for:

The SharePoint Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Must have full software development lifecycle experience in SharePoint.

 

Location: Remote work.  The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA.

 

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

  • Develop and maintain the overall SharePoint architecture, including designing, configuring, and managing SharePoint sites, workflows, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical guidance and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead the deployment and integration of SharePoint solutions, including the installation of new features, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Design and implement custom SharePoint features, including web parts, workflows, and forms.
  • Monitor and optimize SharePoint performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of the SharePoint environment.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and user manuals.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues and collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical guidance on the migration of SharePoint solutions (e.g., InfoPath, workflows, SharePoint reports/dashboards) to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Understand Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Azure AD Proxy and Active Directory Domain Services, SharePoint Online/Office 365.
  • Advanced understanding of distributed, heterogeneous, scalable systems design, internet, intranet, and extranet systems design (security, content management, eCommerce, web, and application servers).

 

 

What you bring:

Experience, Education & Training: 

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture, design, and implementation, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and related technologies (e.g., PowerShell, SQL Server, Azure). Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and integration with other Microsoft services is a plus.
  • SharePoint Architect certification (e.g., MCTS, ITIL, SharePoint 2010 Certification, MCSD, or MCPD).
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying data collection and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platforms; SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI analytical reports.
  • Experience in Migrating from Network Drive to SharePoint and Network Drive to Azure using Robocopy.
  • Experience in PowerShell Scripting, CSOM, PnP.
  • Experience using JavaScript and troubleshooting existing applications.
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2019, C#, and .NET framework to build custom modules & applications.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, both in technical and non-technical settings.
