 THE HIGH LEVEL

The CSfC Engineer is responsible for the building, successful delivery and implementation of Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) deployment across the area of operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work closely with PACAF key stakeholders, professional services engineers, project manager, and other key stakeholders to ensure that CSfC solutions satisfy technical, functional, and business requirements
  • Aid in the design CSfC capability packages, completing NSA Master Compliance Checklist and technical documentation for Risk Management Framework
  • Install and configure CSfC capability packages at customer site(s).
  • Aid in developing Engineering Implementation Plans and Engineering Test Plans specific to CSfC solutions
  • Prepare documentation to support Assessment and Authorization initiatives
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CSfC standards, best practices, and emerging trends. Offer technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Collaborate with peers to enhance and adapt CSfC offerings based on project feedback and emerging client requirements.
  • Work within a broad team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the PACAF client satisfaction with CSfC solutions delivered

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline or a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a comparable position, with a track record of success delivering complex technology initiatives.
  • You understand CSfC standards, technologies, and best practices.
  • Secret Clearance, Top Secret security clearance is highly desired
  • Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification required
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication competencies
  • You can collaborate with disparate teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • You have experience in CSfC, and its capabilities packages, is desired
  • Vendor and product certification in one or more of: Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Juniper
  • You have a background in endpoints such as Forcepoint, Integrity Global Systems, Triitus, SecureView, Archon
  • Experience in networking (Firewalls, routers, TCP/IP) and VPN concepts (MACsec, TLS, IPsec, GRE)
  • Experience supporting Cisco ISE & Aruba ClearPass a plus
  • You have knowledge of public key infrastructure systems
  • You have knowledge of processes for: RMF/ATO, NSA Registration, NCDSMO DSAWG (SABI/TSABI)
  • Understand and apply current Information Assurance policies to overall architecture and design of secured solutions
  • Ideal candidate should be familiar with all the NSA CSfC Capability Packages

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires 30% travel.
