The Continuous Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for optimizing operations, improving efficiencies, driving cost reduction, and enhancing overall business performance through process improvement and change management best practices. In this role, you will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.

 We are looking for a Continuous Process Improvement Specialist who will:

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other teams to document detailed as is an ideal To Be State processes, identifying areas of improvement to include workflow and other automations for assigned industry or portfolio.
  • Implementation Planning: Accurately analyze options including impact and feasibility, and establish a clear and well-articulated implementation plan, clearly defining methodology for change.
  • Process Analysis: Investigate issues, and complaints in current business processes, developing process enhancement strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to ensure downstream impacts of process changes are addressed, e.g., training, communications, etc.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Specifying deliverables, outcome indicators, and performance-measured indicators and regularly monitoring the implementation of solutions to achieve objectives and expected.
  • Communication: Communicating ideas and opinions to members of management for potential process improvement projects.
  • Documentation: Establishing criteria for the To Be State process success and preparing a statement of benefits and constraints/limiting factors and maintaining process maps and change management activities for assigned industry, portfolio, or project.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt (or above) or other quality improvement certification.
  • 2 - 4 years in continuous process improvement or similar role
  • 2 - 4 years using process mapping software, e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
