We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as IT Innovation Project Manager. This position reports to the Divisional General Manager. 
 

THE ROLE: 

The IT Innovation Project Manager's responsibilities include:

• Designing, managing and executing IT projects within the Services Division.

• Assisting in the provision of solutions and address the people/process/technology implications of every project initiative.

• Developing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, usage and minimize resistance.

• Identifying new technology and develop strategies around the new technology within the services division.

• Ensuring the appropriate tracking and administrative management of vendors, contractors and other external parties providing project management solution delivery services.

• Assisting with the identification or recruitment of team members with the appropriate skills for specific projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

•  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or another related field. 

• Certified Associate in Project Management.

• Project Management Professional qualification would be an asset.

• Minimum of five (5) years' management experience in delivering IT systems and solutions.

• A proven track record of solution delivery methods and techniques geared to commercial system selection, configuration, integration, and implementation, including analysis, system solution architecture, application configuration design and system testing unit, integrated and assurance testing.

• Proficient with project management software tools like MS Project.

•  Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. 

• Ability to analyze situations, data, and feedback to make informed decisions.
