About the role

As a Senior Consultant you will be part of the Syncron implementation team and lead the design discussions and drive our customers’ business experts how to successfully implement their Warranty, Service parts management and Knowledge in our Service Lifecycle Management platform. You will collaborate closely with Syncron’s and the customer’s project manager in managing scope – to make sure the project stays on track for success.

What would you do?
  • Gathering, analysing and documenting customer requirements and bringing them in line with Syncron standard solutions
  • Guiding customers on best implementation practises to maximise results
  • Defining and documenting end-to-end business processes based on implementation scope
  • Guide the Syncron implementation team to complete the setup according to customer expectations
  • Training customers on how to use Syncron solutions and features
  • Collaborating closely with Syncron development team to define and implement new functionalities
Who you are? / What we expect:
  • Completed university with a qualified degree, preferably in Industrial Management or Economics
  • Worked a minimum of 4 years in a Service Fulfilment/After Market sector and have exposure to Warranty, Knowledge management or Service/Technician enablement solutions.
  • Interested in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives
  • Take accountability for your customer’s needs and aim to deliver best results for your clients
  • Able to understand and document customer requirements
  • Fluently communicate in business English in person or writing
The icing on the cake:
  • Experience building business solutions based on standard software
  • Strong experience in the after-sales domain
