-Support our software organization by developing and articulating the strategy and vision for our software experiences

-Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior to inform future UX direction

-Advocating for user-centered design practices across our product development teams.  This includes the plans to roll out and implement over time

  • Leadership and Team Management:

-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HW/SW UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.  Including all related planning activities

-Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top UX talent

-Provide guidance and support to ensure the team delivers high-quality, user-centered designs on time and within budget

-Creating an Inclusive and Safe Design Culture

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-Work closely with our software product management, engineering, and marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure UX is integrated into all stages of product development

-Collaborate with global teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across regions and product lines

-Contribute to sustainability and inclusion from UX perspective

  • Design Excellence:

-Set and maintain high standards and systems for UX design process, quality, usability, and accessibility

-Ensure that UX designs are aligned with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand experience

  • Global UX Governance:

-Lead efforts to standardize design systems, patterns, tools, and best practices across the organization

-Plan resource allocation effectively and provide adequate support to the Heads of Design and meet their business objectives

-Advocate for UX at the leadership and company level

Qualifications:
