Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Prior IT operational support experience in Windows Server and Windows 10 environments, Microsoft/VMware/Citrix/Cisco certification preferred, AWS experience or knowledge desired, ITIL certification is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line operational support for infrastructure and systems
- Ensure efficient resolution of incidents while maintaining service levels
- Participate in Disaster Recovery testing and enhance IT processes
- Support the team lead and act as escalation point for junior members
- Deliver successful release and transition of new IT services into support
