Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Part-time, 20 hours per week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am-12pm AEST (Flexible)
  • Wednesday: 8am-4pm AEST (Payroll day, cannot be flexible)
  • Includes 30 minutes paid break on Wednesdays

Job Description

You’ll work with Xero, ensuring timely and accurate payroll across multiple job sites. Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll using Xero, ensuring compliance with Australian awards
  • Manage and verify timesheet data in the company’s booking system
  • Make real-time adjustments for overtime and payroll changes
  • Handle email inquiries related to payroll and accounting
  • Prepare and maintain critical payroll reports
  • Assist with general bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping
  • Collaborate remotely with the Australia-based team
  • Monthly superannuation
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software is a mus
  • Strong grasp of Australian payroll processes and regulations is highly advantageous
  • Sharp attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work effectively in Australian time zones
  • Excellent English communication skills
