Job Description for an Appointment setter

Responsibilities

  • Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system.

  • Set up appointments for sales representatives, ensuring that the prospect meets the company's criteria.

  • Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone, determining their interest and potential fit.

  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all notes and information are up-to-date in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs.

  • Handle objections and provide information to prospects in a clear and concise manner.

  • Stay updated on the company's products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.


Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively over the phone.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in telemarketing is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • A noise-cancelling headset with a microphone for clear communication.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges and objections.
