  • 採用計画/採用戦略の立案
  • 選考(会社説明会/採用面接/各種登壇など)
  • 採用イベント企画/設計/運営(インターン/内定者フォロー/入社式など)
  • 各媒体営業担当者との打ち合わせ及び関係性構築
  • 経営戦略を鑑みた採用計画の策定と実行推進
  • 各種コミュニケーションを通じた課題抽出と改善に向けた推進
  • 理念浸透のための各種施策検討と実行
  • 社員育成に関する各種研修計画と実行
  • 社内コミュニケーション活性化推進

    You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks mainly focused on recruitment.

    Specifically:

    • Formulating recruitment plans/strategies
    • Selection processes (company presentations/recruitment interviews/various presentations, etc.)
    • Planning, designing, and managing recruitment events (internships, follow-ups with successful candidates, onboarding, etc.)
    • Meetings and relationship-building with various media sales representatives
    • Formulating and executing recruitment plans in consideration of business strategies
    • Initiating problem identification and driving improvements through various communications
    • Planning and executing various initiatives for the dissemination of company values
    • Planning and executing various training programs related to employee development
    • Promoting active internal communication

    Any kind of 'proposal' is highly welcome.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4年生大学、または大学院を卒業された方
  • 社会人経験が3年以上ある方
  • 人材領域(採用部門・キャリアアドバイザーなど)に関わる業務経験が2年以上ある方
  • 当事者意識を持って仕事をやり抜いた経験がある方
  • 対人コミュニケーションに自信のある方

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Tokyo, Chuo-ku, Ginza

This is either the head office or the clients' office. (For consultant position)

Depending on the client, remote work options may be available. About 90% of our consultants are currently working remotely.

Annual Salary: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY ・Includes 40 hours of overtime (additional overtime will be paid separately)

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00

Average overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours. In the case of being seconded, the working hours will be in accordance with those of the secondment destination.
