Position Title: Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 45,000.00 – Php 60,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/BOOKKEEPER

Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper:

• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance by ensuring financial records are up-to-date.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure timely payments and accurate record keeping.
• Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
• Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
• Organize and manage digital files, ensuring easy access and proper filing.
• Assist with data entry and database management.
• Perform research tasks and prepare reports or presentations as required.
• Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.
• Handle client communication and manage calendars.

Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and/or Virtual Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other virtual collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance (preferred but not required).
• Certification in bookkeeping/accounting (preferred but not required).
