About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Local Service Ads Specialist to assist in managing day-to-day operations of our Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing LSA campaigns, reporting on their performance, suggesting improvements, and learning advanced techniques under the guidance of a Senior LSA Specialist. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient and effective campaign performance and ensuring client satisfaction, especially for clients with budgets of $500 or lower.

• Establish LSA campaigns for low-budget clients, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines provided by the LSA Specialist.
• Monitor and optimize LSA campaigns, applying best practices to improve performance. Collaborate with the LSA team on adjustments needed for higher-budget campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day email communications for assigned clients, ensuring they are kept informed about campaign status and developments.
• Generate and analyze performance reports for all managed campaigns, providing insights and improvement suggestions. Assist the LSA team with data collection and preliminary analysis for high-budget campaign reports.
• Ensure all necessary campaign documentation is accurate and compliant with Google LSA requirements. Assist the LSA team with documentation tasks for higher-budget clients as needed.
• Participate in training sessions led by the LSA Specialist, aiming to develop deeper knowledge and skills in managing more complex campaigns.
• Provide support to the LSA Specialist by handling routine tasks for high-budget campaigns, freeing up the Specialist to focus on strategy and client relations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies to ensure our LSA strategies remain cutting-edge.

• 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Local Services Ads.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal, adept at managing client communications via email.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.

What We Offer...

• Salary: $500 USD per month
• Work From Home
• 15 Days PTO + 8 Company Holidays
• Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday (Weekends off)
