- Gather and document business requirements and perform map/gap analysis.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows and dashboards.
- Drive user adoption by training and supporting users.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions using Jira for tracking.
- Develop test plans and conduct system integration testing (UAT).
