Job Title: RF MMIC Design Engineer

Location: Chennai
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented RF MMIC Design Engineer to join our HDD Department in the RFT Group. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in designing RF circuits and MMICs, including components like Power Amplifiers, LNAs, Switches, Attenuators, Phase Shifters, and Mixers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of RF circuits and MMICs for various applications, including Power Amplifiers, LNAs, Switches, Attenuators, Phase Shifters, and Mixers.
- Proficiency in using ADS and HFSS Simulation Tools for RF circuit design and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of GaAs, InGaP, SiGe, and GaN fabrication processes and packaging.
- Hands-on experience in wafer-level and bench-level testing of MMICs, particularly in Power Amplifier design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance RF designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in RF MMIC design and testing.
Required Skills:
1. Experience in RF Circuit, MIC, and MMIC Design for Power Amplifiers, LNAs, Switches, Attenuators, and other RF components.
2. Proficiency in ADS and HFSS simulation tools.
3. Familiarity with GaAs, InGaP, SiGe, and GaN fabrication processes.
4. Experience in wafer-level and bench-level testing.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
