As a Sales Specialist you will enjoy to :

We are seeking someone who is eager to

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in existing and new markets.
• Increase the market share of Novara International in North Western Europe.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximise customer satisfaction.

In order to thrive successfully, we believe you need to have the following experience or competencies

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales within the plastics or polymer industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of English, French and preferably German.
