Be Part of our Growing Team as a Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)!

We are a tech-enabled healthcare company. We provide quality mental health care, backed by science, and delivered with humanity. Using an evidenced-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) counseling approach, our patients complete live video sessions with their therapist as well as self-guided video lessons outside of session.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120k-$130k per year plus bonuses

Your Role as a Mental Health Therapist:

Conduct intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client
Provide weekly evidence-based care through live video sessions to individual adults
Collaborate with other psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow counselors
Draw on automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans
Receive support and consultation from the team when needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)) from an accredited program
Current and Active Licensure in the state.
Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders.
Experience working with higher risk populations and/or adult population
Must welcome treating all populations, comfortable working with a diverse range of mental health disorders and committed to delivering culturally responsive care.
Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
