We are looking to straighten the brand division within the marketing department with a dynamic and results-driven HR Brand Manager with a passion for enhancing CoinsPaid branding within the technology sector, particularly in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency landscape. Responsibilities:
  • Employer Branding Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values, particularly in the context of the cryptocurrency sector
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in employer branding within the tech and crypto industries

  • Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to create compelling job descriptions and promotional materials that highlight the unique benefits of working for the company
  • Promote the company’s culture, mission, and values through various channels to attract top talent in IT and cryptocurrency

  • Internal Communication:
  • Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed about company initiatives, achievements, and opportunities
  • Foster a culture of transparency and engagement through offering concepts for regular updates, newsletters, and team meetings
  • Work closely with the content unit/CPM on execution of the strategy

  • Employee Engagement Programs:
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
  • Organise events, workshops, and team-building activities that promote collaboration and strengthen employee relationships

  • Social Media and Online Presence:
  • Coordinate with responsible managers to manage the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant social media channels to enhance CoinsPaid branding.
  • Assist in generating ideas for content that showcases employee experiences, company culture, and career opportunities to attract potential candidates

  • Performance Metrics and Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyse metrics related to employer branding efforts, such as candidate engagement rates, employee satisfaction scores, and retention rates
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve employer branding strategies over time

  • Collaboration with Marketing:
  • Work closely with other units in the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all external communications regarding the company's brand as an employer
  • Align HR branding initiatives with overall marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility

  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace by developing programs and policies that foster an inclusive environment
  • Partner with external organisations to enhance outreach efforts to diverse talent pools

  • Onboarding Experience:
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture
  • Create onboarding materials that reflect the brand’s values and mission

  • Crisis Management:
  • Develop strategies for managing any potential employer brand crises or negative perceptions in the market, particularly relevant in the fast-paced crypto environment
  • Prepare communication plans to address employee concerns or public relations issues effectively

  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies in HR branding to continuously enhance the company’s approach
  • Gather feedback from employees and candidates to identify areas for improvement in employer branding efforts

  • Professional skills: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful employer branding strategies
  • A genuine interest in technology and cryptocurrency, with a desire to promote an innovative workplace that attracts top talent
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in IT marketing and digital recruitment strategies is a plus
  • Experience working closely with HR, employer branding, concepts on related projects and strategies that align with the company’s mission and values
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and HR software to enhance employer branding efforts
  • Familiarity with content creation and management for various platforms (blogs, social media, career websites)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Skills in organising and coordinating events and travel procedures
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • English level - C1

  • Nice to have:
